Childress Consulting develops management, employees and organizations; so all can enjoy the benefits of long-term organizational health, workforce harmony and productivity.

Our services focus primarily on equipping all employees of an organization with the skills and tools needed to maximize valued output to customers. Since 1993, we've helped public and private sector organizations implement and sustain high performance work environments.

We offer advisory services that enable business leaders to design, implement, and complete significant organizational transformation. We assist clients by simultaneously fulfilling three different but related roles:

• Architects and facilitators of large management system change, defining and coordinating the different components of that change
• Trusted advisors, providing strategic, independent counsel to employees and senior executives
• Project Team members, willing and able to contribute expertise to the implementation effort
