Our HPMS has been successfully adapted for education. With credentialed teaching experience in varied age and learning levels, we facilitate a process toward excellence in education and service. Clients increase student achievement by creating a discipline and climate for learning. District officials, staff, parents, students and even vendors/suppliers participate in some measure in implementing the defined Strategic Plan. Accountability measures are defined, reviewed and stressed at individual and group levels. Cooperation and problem-solving is enhanced by improved communication among all stakeholders.

We take a site-based approach, believing that those closest to the "real work" are the most informed and attuned regarding the specific needs and objectives of their customers (students and parents). Administration and staff cooperate and problem-solve through a facilitated process. Together, they define and implement a balanced Strategic Plan that supports District objectives and ensures compliance with State and Federal mandates.

Communication, cooperation and trust are developed between site administrators, teachers and support staff as they develop and implement the following key pieces:

  • Vision (defined by site Principal)
  • Mission (co-authored by all staff)
  • Cultural Elements (Expectations and Code of Conduct)
  • Goals and Objectives in Key Result Areas (i.e. Curriculum, Internal Process, Facilities, Customer Service and Employee Development)
  • Measurements
  • "Who, What, When" Action Plan
  • Regular Reviews

Teams are chartered to implement defined goals and objectives. They meet regularly and provide updates at monthly all-staff communication meetings. Feedback from staff, students, parents and district officials is solicited and given through an on-going, inclusive process. The result is a cooperative environment, focused on accountability for meaningful results in all aspects of student learning, development and achievement.
